Pain In Oesophagus, Swollen Glands, Body Temperature High

What does it mean when i feel just fine and my oseophoas hurts and my glands are a tiny bit swollen but i feel like im not sick or anything just feel a little bit hot ? And it dont feel like strep throat , when i eat or drink it hurts to go down my throat but i had strep before and this feels nothing like it .
