Pain In Neck And Upper Back, Tinnitus After Cervical Disectomy. Solution?

In 2004 I went through a cervical disectomy using a titanium implant. Shortly afterwards I begin experiencing ringing in my ears. Within four years, I totally lost my hearing in the left ear and still have severe tinnitus . I have pain in my spine due to deterioration below and above the implants causing pressure on the nerves and have also developed arthritis of the spine. I experience mild to severe pain in my neck and upper back. What can I do to alleviate this problem?
