Pain In Lower Outside Part Of Ankles After A Heavy Running. Medication ?

at basketball practice wensday we did a lot of running backwards so i have to stay up on my toes. later the next day my ankle started to hurt only when i put weight on it. i can move it touch it and evrything else its fine just when i do the walking motion onto my toes. the pain is on the lower outside part of my ankle, where the ankle joins my calve.

The pain around your ankle joint seems to be due to a soft tissue injury in the area. Bony injury seems unlikely as you are able to bear weight on the joint. You can do a hot fomentation of the affected area and avoid weight bearing for relief.
