Pain In Lower Back, Tail Bone During Periods, Prolonged Periods, Lump In Throat, Green Stools. Treatment?

i had pain in my lower back into my tailbone during my period last month but it never went away.my period lasted for 3 extra weeks but lightly on and off. ithen also experienced a general feeling of being unwell and a lump in my throat feeling.my upper back started to ache and ache.this lasted 4 weeks.i now feel better except the lump in my throat feeling and for the last 3 days ive had green bowel movements.im 47.
