Pain In Lower Back, Hip Pain, Leg Pain, Numbness On Left Arm, Tingling In Face. Cause?

This happened suddenly ,I woke up one morning with my left side lower back in pain hip pain when I sat up and when I stood up to walk . I got a very hurting pain shoot to upper front to inner of my leg also woke up with a numbness to my left arm from shoulder to finger tips but the day before my left side of my face was tingling almost to a numbness what could this be

The pain and the numbness that you are feeling could be due to a nerve root compression or a disc prolapse. methylcobalamin deficiency can also cause such symptoms. An MRI scan will help i n proper diagnosis.
