Pain In Leg And Hand, Taken Pain Killers. Advice?
my wife is having pain at leg, hand ( muscular) very frequently.....checked many doctors everyone said no severe problem and give pain killers. we live at Bangalore, India. Please guide me to diagnose the illness

Hi,
Laboratory investigation should be carried out for vitamin d and vitamin b12 level.
Tell her to sit in sun for 15min after 10 am.
Take 2glass of milk everyday and some calcium suppliment to overcome deficiency.
Tell her to take green leafy vegetables and banana.
Dont take unnecessary pain killers....they will kill your kidney and liver.
Get well soon.
