Hello, As per your complaints are concerned this requires a thorough clinical examination to rule out the exact cause of this pain and swelling. But as per now if the pain is persisting in both the legs and feet it could be a neuropathic case. usually such complaints come due to increase in blood sugar level (Diabetic neuropathy) \or excess consumption of alcohol (Alcoholic neuropathy). If the pain is existing from the waist to thighs then legs and feet (radiating to both the legs) then this is due to IVDP (Inter vertebral disc prolapse) at Lumbo sacral vertebrae. Some nerve vitamin tablets are helpful in neuropathic case along with exercises with in the pain limit. for IVDP requires physiotherapeutic interventions and few home based exercises. Wish you a good health soon.
