Pain In Left Testicle On Masturbating, Sagging Right Testicle, Nerve Pain. Treatment?
When i masturbate, i get pain in my left testicle and right testicle will be kind of sagging . Left testicle will be more exited and rigid and causes pain after masturbation. While the right one will be kind of inactive or just normal. After Masturbation i can feel the nerve pain from left testis nearing to knees and also pain in nerve towrds heart , and left kidney region as well . Please advise

During masturbation hyper excitation of one testicle over the other is a normal phenomenon and its not a concern of worry and this is why your right testicle is sagging and left is rigid.. Pain in testis after masturbation may be due to congestion of blood vessels in testis and is common if there is no proper ejaculation or over excitation.
Since you have pain in one testis it may be due to inflammation of testis, epididymis or both on that side which needs to be evaluated. It may also be due to pain originating from prostate or a renal stone stone on that side which is referred here..

Erection itself is a part of increased blood supply to the whole reproductive organs. Pain in the testicles is also due to sudden increase/decrease of blood supply. Anatomically the right testicle is little lower than than the left testicle. Either one of the testicle seem to be more active is depending upon the amount of blood supply it gets or an imagination. The reason for your complaints? is a normal phenomenon -- Psychologically you are aroused, Physiologically the whole body including nerves get increase in blood supply & increase in heart rate.
