Hi
Your low white blood count suggests low immunity. So,you had Staphylococci infection.
You might have given Antibiotics and Pain killers.Bacause of them, there are mouth ulcers with Swollen tongue.
You should add B.Complex capsule with Anti oxidants. It will cure the mouth problem.
Regarding kidney stone, you didn't mention whether they were fragmented with shock waves(ESWL) or not?
Please take appropriate antibiotic for kidney infection so that all of your symptoms will be relieved
Wish you good health
