Pain In Hands, Feet, Fever, Headache, Abdominal Pain. Had Rabies Vaccination. Cause?

My son just had his third rabies vaccination yesterday. After mdnight he began to cry with pain in his hands and feet. He also had a fever, headache, and abdominal pain. A few hours later he began to feel better but this morning he kept saying his hand and foot was falling asleep. All the rest of the day he was fine, but now he's complaining with the same symptoms as last night. What could cause this?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Is your son able to move all his limbs normally? Is there any difficulty in moving the limbs?
Is he able to walk around normally?

Does he mean to say that he feels that his limbs are numb?

Please get your kid examined by your doctor if there is any doubt.

Continue to ask further queries as required.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
