Pain in foot/leg from groin region after masturbating

I have serious pain in my leg but worst of all in my foot (right). It s worst when lying down, I can t stretch out my leg without my foot tingling and aching immediately. I cannot lie on my right side for more than a few seconds. I can lie on my left side as long as I have a pillow between my legs, and even then I need to move my legs every few seconds/minutes (depending on the severity of the pain). I have had CT scan of back, MRI of back, xrays of hip, knee , foot, ultrasound of groin.. all came back normal. This started when I was masturbating and felt a dull pain in my right groin. Stupidly I kept doing it and it just got worse and worse. Am now on oxycodone just so I can fall asleep. When sleeping, NO PAIN AT ALL, also upon waking, NO PAIN until I walk a few steps, then it starts. Please help!
