Hi,

Welcome to HCM

Your symptoms are indicative that you have already caught viral infection. Visit an Emergency room and get blood cultures and tests done to detect any pathology in the blood.

You need analgesics, antacids and antibiotics. Dizziness can be due to low blood pressure and dehydration. Drink adequate quantity of soups, juice and water to keep well hydrated.

Irregular menstruation, pain abdomen can be due to side effect of any medicine ( birth control pills, etc ) that you have been taking, hormonal imbalance, cysts, fibroid, other pelvic infections. get clinically examined by your gynae.

Take light non-oily food. You can take vitamin B and E tabs/ caps to get better. Consult your doc before popping in any medication. Take care.
