Pain In Extremities, Numbness In Fingers And Numbness, Loss Of Strength

Im not finding full symptom. Please help
Hi. Im 37 years old.
I've been living with continues pain for the past 7 to 10 years in all extremeties. I've had both middle and ring fingers on both hands numb as well for a few years. Some toes included off and on. At any given time I can be standing, sitting, walking, working out, holding my cell, tipping, or just chilling and one of my hands, arm, foot, or leg will go numb. Numbness as increased through the years as well as the pain. Extremit can stay numb from a few hours to days. A few years back I woke up and had one of my legs completely numb and very painful. My foot was dead at the ankle and I walked like I had a dead leg. It lasted 6 days. Most excessive painful extremity and numbness happens when I've woken up in the morning and most of the time. Its stays now for most of the day or two. With time I've noticed its increasing. The constent pain I have been living with is on all my extremities. On my left middial leg from the calcanis to the patela, on my right lateral leg along the fibula to mid femer. On my left lateral arm from the thinar to the elbo. And on my right arm its from my hand up to middle elbo and part of later bicept brokii. Just from holding my cell with my left hand, wrighting to you with my right. Both have gone numb. I have found out that shaking the lim and rubbing on it does help at times. I also have lost strengh on gripping a few time but I do regain strengh back.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be due to:
1. Peripheral neuropathy
2. Anemia (either Iron deficiency or Vit B12 deficiency anemia)
3. Any abnormality in blood pressure & blood sugar levels
4. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, etc. which also interferes with blood formation & nerve conduction

Investigations like complete blood count, estimation of blood pressure and blood sugar levels & Thyroid profile will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.
Symptomatic relief can be obtained with intake of nervigenic agents like Vit B12, Vit B6 & Folic acid.

Take care.
