Pain In Ear And Throat After Tonsil Removal, Dry Cough, Chest Heaviness, Headache. Normal?

I am 16 days post op after having my tonsils out and tubes out in my ears. I have had a horrible time with the pain. Especially on my right side ear an throat. I have had a crazy headache the last 3 days, super sore throat again and both ears hurt , I ve also had a dry cough and heavy feeling in my chest like I am sick. Is this normal or should I try to be seen by my doctor?
