Pain In Center Of Chest, Lightheaded, Shoulder Pain. Taking Ibuprofen. Any Ideas?

earlier in work I had a pain in the centre of my chest which radiated into my neck and shoulder, it hurt when I breathed in and lasted about 3 mins. The pain the went in my chest but I am now very lightheaded and I have right shoulder pain. I have taken ibuprofen and I still can feel the shoulder pain, any ideas, many thanks for your help.

There are many reasons for this type of pain as,
Acute gastritis ( hyper acidity)
Chondritis ( sternum and back of sternum in chest)
Heart pain ( usually don't radiate to right side, but radiate on left side).
Since the pain subsides after ibuprofen i.e. more chances are due to inflammation.
Acute bronchitis may be rare reason.
Please get in blood examination, E C G, X ray (chest PA view).
For shoulder pain you can use some local acting pain killer gel (cream).
