Pain In Center Of Abdomen. What Could Be The Reason?

Hello, I m experiencing extreme pain in the center of my abdomen . The exact center and about an inch and a half below my nipple line. I m not sure what is wrong, I ate some old nuts that were still in the shell a few hours ago, but I ate some of them yesterday and I was fine. The pain comes in surges in about 45 second to 1 minute intervals.

Hi,
Thanks for query,
You have a colicky pain in abdomen as it surges at intervals.
The first possibility is of indigestion by eating nuts.
The other possibility includes any infection of intestine or hyperacidity.
You should take pain killers like Dicyclomin tablet for a while & wait for stool to pass it may relieve after passing stool.If not consult your doctor.

Thanks for posting your query.
You may have stomach ache due to hard nut shell.
There is also possibility of gastric/ duodenal ulcers.
You should consult with physician and go for UGI endoscopy if required.
