Pain in breast, diagnosed barrett's esophagus, class d esophagitis. Done EGD, CT scan. Cause of pain?

Have severe pain beneath breast bone at all times with it being worse after eating. EGD shows class d esophagitis . Have previous diagnosis of barrett s esophagus . CT scan shows thickening of lower esophagus. The pain is very severe and is disrupting all aspects of my life including sleep. What could be causing this pain?
