Pain In Both Knees While Climbing Stairs

I have pain in both knees all the time. Even walking up stairs bothers me. I wear good shoes, am not over weight. Can t even keep my legs crossed too long, it hurts too much. Any ideas?

Hi,
I suppose you would not be having Osteo-arthritis, but still get X-rays of both knees in erect position & find out whether it is not the starting of OA.
If X-rays are not of a OA , possibility of rheumatoid arthritis should be ruled out
