Pain In Belly Button, Sore, Could This Be Hernia?

I was at work today and I bent over . My belly button started hurting . It's not bad it's just tender . When I push in it , it's just sore . I've read up on it to see if its a hernia but I'm not having any of those symptoms . Also , I haven't been able to use the bathroom and I'm wondering if that could be a part of it . If so , how ? Please help . I'm starting to get worried .. I have the implant in my arm so I can't get pregnant but nothing is 100% sure ! Please help me .

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome to HCM.
Pain,redness indicates infective inflammation there.
It is not the sign of hernia but it usually occurs after improper hygiene followed by infection.
Clean it with antiseptic liquid and apply antibiotic skin cream like fusidic acid.
Take nsaid to subside pain and inflammation. If increasing even after local treatment than start proper oral antibiotic like amoxy/clav.
Take care for local hygiene.
Also go for investigations like cbc, fbs, ppbs and usg abdomen for further diagnosis.
Consult surgeon for better medical management.
