Pain in belly after eating, gurling sound, loss of apetite, constipation, sleepy, dizzy. Advise?

My name is Aftab Ahmad Khan, I have a problem whenever I eat something my belly right and left sides pain a litle (huge pressure type thing) happens in my belly sides, i also feel gurling sounds in my belly, with loss of apetite and constipation (attend the wash room after 3 days) after lunch i also feel sleepy and dizzy.
Please i need your advises.

Hello, thanks for contacting HCM.
Abdominal pain, bloating and gas associated with
constipation indicates that you might have Irritable
Bowel Syndrome. Especially with constipation. Some
of the other conditions we have to rule out include
lactose intolerance (Diarrhea is more common) and
Celiac disease which is gluten sensitivity (Wheat, Barley and Oats).
There are blood tests to rule these out.
If IBS , you need to be on a high fiber diet , drink plenty
of fluids. Whole grain cereals, nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables are
very essential part of the diet. You can take stool softeners and
PEG9Polyethylene Glycol) solution to relieve constipation.
