Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

Thanks for writing to Healthcare magic,

I have studied your case,

This can be acute disc prolapse leading to compression of your cervical nerves.
There is always some muscle sprain associated with it so continue muscle relaxant and add neurotropics .
physiotherapy will help you in reducing spasm.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
