Pain In Arms, Loss Of Balance, Low Level Of Confidence, Diabetes Symptoms ?

I have pain in the top of both my arms, have trouble dressing some days. Im a 63 yrs old woman. I also have diabeties 2 which is diet controlled. For a year now i have been losing my balance but it is only now this last month that i walk off to my right side and now it is affecting my confidence when im out and about. Kind regards XXXXX

Hi mam diabetic neuropathy is likly of its cause,as u r diabetic , an age factor is also considorable for it.

Better to this start methylcobalamine with pregabanyl prepration for three month .
