I did an exercise video for 7 days straight that involved jumping jacks and lunges (not sure if this is related or not). After I stopped doing the video for a week, my ankles started bothering me. Its getting worse now (day #3). It especially hurts when going down stairs or running but I definitely feel it even when walking. I cant think of anything I did to hurt it.
