Pain In Abdomen Near Navel, Backpain, Bloating. On Medication For Diabetes. What Could Be Wrong?

I am a diabetic on medication only. I have adominal pain that starts near my naval and runs to my back. My back really hurts. In the last couple of months I have had a CAT scan, MRI, Endoscope, colonoscopty, blood work, x-rays and the doctor says they can't find anything wrong. I hurt and need relief. I do not have a rash, I feel bloated in the adomomine. Yesterday they started medicine for divertick ... I still hurt. I don't know what to do.

Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

I would suggest you to get stool for microscopic examination to rule out protozoal infection as cause of your symptoms.

I would also like to advise you following

1. Cosnsume 2-3 liter of water everyday

2. High fiber diet

3. Avoid constipating diet

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards
