Pain In Abdomen And Testicles, Frequent Bowel Movements, Blood In Stool, Anus Burning

For the last two days I ve been having pain in the lower abdomen and testicles, accompanied by very frequent bowel movements, sometimes I m only out of the bathroom for 10 minutes or less. After wiping there s what seems to be clear liquid on the paper, and a bit of blood in the water. There s also a burning feeling in the anus after many bowel movements close together

Hi thanks for your question.
Most probably you are suffering from gastro entritis that is infection of the stomach and intestine.Take plenty of ORS that is oral rehydration therapy,juoce and water.Condult a physician who may examine you and may prescribe ouy antibiotics.You may also need stool examination to determine the causative organism responsible for infection of gut
