Pain During Bowel Movement, Pressure In Anal Area, Urgency To Urinate. No Bleeding

Im a 37 year old female thinking I may have hemorrhoids as ive never experienced so much pain just trying to have a bowel movement . Plus the pressure in my anal area afterwards lasts for awhile and now I feel the urgency to urina. I have no bleeding when I have a bm just hurts so bad to even get started and then wiping hurts.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From history it suggests that you might have fissure-in-ano giving rise to this problem.
There is also a possibility of having rectal prolapse called rectocele which again can cause pressure on anal sphincter and on urethra as well.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Avoid constipation.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Take plenty of water.
