Pain, Bloating Below Diaphrgm, Severe Pain On Lower Back. Help From Cyclopam, Montair Allergy Tablets. Continue Medication?

I am having pain and bloated feeling in the area below the diaphram . Now i get severe pain in the lower back when i get up in the morning . I took Cyclopam and a Montair allergy tablet . By afternoon i felt better today. Should i continue this medicine.
For the past 10 days i was suffering with this problem. I get pain in the right knee which moves to left knee and then ankle ,waist, left hand etc . I feel a burning sensation in the elbow inside area. I took Pantodac 40 mg by which my acidity reduced . Then i had loose motion but now i am having constipation.

this is stomach infection with hyperacidity
all the symptomps are of that use metronidazole short course
plenty of fluids
antacid gels
non greesy non spicy food non oily food
you can also use montelucast
