Hello madam,
You are having two problems.
1) Gastritis (Peptic Ulcer)
2) PCOS
Regarding Gastritis, The treatment is diet + medicines + Mental rest + proper sleep. Diet: regular, small, frequent bland diet. Medicines: Antacid + antispasmodic drugs.
Regarding PCOS: The principal features of PCOS are anovulation, resulting in irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, ovulation-related infertility, and poly cystic ovaries - excessive amounts or effects of androgenic hormones, and insulin resistance. The symptoms and severity of the syndrome vary greatly among affected women.
The treatment of PCOS: By maintaining a healthy weight and eating fewer processed foods and foods with added sugar, you can improve your body’s use of insulin and balance your hormone levels.
Weight loss may help regulate your cycles, improve the frequency of ovulation, lower androgen levels and boost your fertility.
If you have PCOS and getting pregnant is your ultimate goal, talk to your doctor. Your doctor will help you find the most effective treatment options, including fertility-boosting medications and high-tech modalities, to help you get pregnant and start a family.
Best wishes
