Pain Behind Knee, Cramping Feet, Cracking Bones In Feet. Bowel Movements Relieve Pain. Itching In Hands

I wake up frequently with pain behind L knee, or with cramping feet. I have to get up & march, usually having bones in feet crack, to get relief. Also a BM seems to relieve pain. I am regular & go a few times each morning. For the past yr I have had itching, & pain in hands and forearms. Rashes on forearms. I have COPD. I think I am allergic to inhaler medicines. Prednisone seems to help me the most.
