Pain Behind Knee. Had Medial Meniscal Tear Resected, Bakers Cyst. Suggestions?

Hi
I am 52 yrs old and had complex medial meniscal tears resected approx 9 weeks ago. MRI showed degenerative arthritic changes to patello femoral compartment and also subluxation of femur in relation to tibia. I also had a bakers cyst with previous signs of rupture. Initially my pain improved post surgery however I am now experiencing increased pain behind my knee. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, it appears that you had extensive surgeries, on the knee, so there appears to be the side effects of the surgeries. Any how first thing you have to do is the consulting your operating surgeon for follow up.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe injectios of vit b1,6, and 12 for 10 consecutive days, and and to be continued one injection every week. along with the pain killers. Thank you.
