Pain Behind Eyes, Constant Headache, Tiredness. Back After A Trip. Suggestions?

Hi,I have been on my honeymoon to Thailand for 3 weeks and came back on Tuesday. I have had a feeling of pain behind my eyes (like a pressure), feeling of a fuzzy head, abit like a constant headache and big increase of tiredness. I cannot seem to shift this feeling or feel any better. I had a bad migraine on Thursday night, not sure if this is connected in anyway but I hope you can help.

Hello,

If you're associating your symptoms with the travel then we need to think in term of any endemic diseases like infections and parasitic infestation.

In that case you need to consult an Infection disease specialists or a tropical disease specialist.

The other thing is it may be due to migraine that you're experiencing this symptoms.

It may be increase in intraocular pressure(ie. Glaucoma).

Consult an Ophthalmologist.
