Pain Behind Ears, Inflammation, Had Drainage. What Does It Indicate?

Snorted meth last Wednesday am. By Wednesday pm started having tender pain behind both ear's. (Mastoid bone) Pain also on each side of head. Inflamed behind ears. Also, pain running down each side of neck. May not be related. I have not had any ear pain inside my ear 's, however I have had some drainage at night coming from right ear.

Painful and swelling in mastoid region along with discharge coming out of the ear indicates infection of Mastoid air cells and the discharge is coming out through the ear. Consult ENT SURGEON.
