Pain At The Bottom Of Spine, Hips And Upper Thighs, Abdominal Pains. Any Painkillers That Will Help ?

My back right at the bottom of my spine is really hurting, as well as my hips and down the front outside if my upper thighs. I also have abdomen pain which feels like period pains but isn't and a high temperature. This is the second time I have had this in about 12 months the last time it went away after 3 days or so - should I be going to the doctor or just wait it out? Is there any painkillers I can get that will help? Ibuprofen and paracetamol @ 400mg dose doesn't seem to do anything

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
pain at lower back and thigh seems to be due to muscle spasm. Pain in abdomen and high grade fever indicate some infection. Detailed clincal examination and some investigations are required to reach the diagnosis.
Hope this will helps you.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
