Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You have pain in multiple parts of of body, which is difficult to explain by physical illness. As you are drinking and smoking regularly, which can lead to gastric problem and substance induced anxiety disorder.

Many times anxiety disorder present itself as somatic complaints like pain due to muscle spasm in multiple parts of body and decrease pain threshold, which can explain your problem.

It will be better to stop drinking alcohol and smoking, if symptoms persist or you find difficulty in quitting substance use, you may meet psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.

Wish you all the best.

Regards,
