Pain And Weakness In Hand. Have Dermititus. Working In Delivery Department. Carpel Tunnel Disease?

Hi I have had a lot of pain and weakness in my right hand and starting in my left. I know I have dermititus but I have been to doctors and my doctor said I have suspicion of carpel tunnel disease. It hurts to do a fist or even when I wake up the next morning I can barely close my hands/fingers. I work in the deli department and do a lot of repetitive things, could I have series carpel tunnel disease?

People with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome experience numbness, tingling, or burning sensations in the thumb and fingers, in particular the index, middle fingers, and radial half of the ring fingers. The numbness often occurs at night, with the hypothesis that the wrists are held flexed during sleep.Less-specific symptoms may include pain in the wrists or hands and loss of grip strength.Weakness and atrophy of the hand muscles may occur if the condition remains untreated.Management includes conservative treatments such as use of night splints and corticosteroid injection. The only scientifically established disease modifying treatment is surgery to cut the carpal ligament.Hope I have answered your query.Wish you good health.
