Your fever seems to be due to urine infection and has no connection with fatty liver.
You must get a urine culture done and get the appropriate antibiotic course.
Consult your doctor for the prescription.
Fatty liver is generally due to alcoholism, diabetes, obesity etc.
You must discuss with your doctor regarding fatty liver and take proper steps to cure it.
