Pain After Intercourse Due To Frenulum Tear. What To Do?

hi Doctor,
During my first inter course my Frenulum got teared. Now It has become more that 8 weeks but still i am afraid of doing intercourse again. I still feel some pain when i touch the damaged area of frenulum (during erected penis situation). Kindly guide me what to do and how get rid of my fear of getting my frenulum teared again.
