Hi. i have PCOS and i was on the pill to control acne and hirustism. However since trying for a baby i have had to come off the pill. Now my skin is covered in acne and facial hair . I am also struggling to conceive and struggling to control hirustism and acne. can you please advise on what i can use? i heard metformin is a good substitute to the pill if you want to fall pregnant and control symptoms
