Welcome to Healthcaremagic,

You are still 22 yr old and i am sure you have great potential in you to practice a healthy weight loss plan rather than trying any crash diet which has proved to show results only on a weighing scale but does not have any impact on your fat composition and BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate).
Diet and exercise has a positive effect on any weight loss program which is the only safe and healthy way to reduce weight and gain good results in case of PCOS . Definitely one gets confused with such products in our current Indian Market which are banned in many countries . Therefore it is better avoided rather than to be a victim of its side effects since less research studies are conducted and generally not recommended by Nutritionists.

I will strictly restict you from taking those shakes,as they are really harmful. I have so many patients with me who took these shakes, reduced and when stopped taking those ,put on back the double weight. Not only their metabolism has crashed, their bodies are suffering from several deficiencies too. There is no short cut to weight loss. If you really need a permanent weight loss, better go for a lifestyle modification-incuiding your diet monitoring(balanced nutritional diet plan according to your bodytype-vata-pitta-kapha,physical activity(yogasanas/gymming/aerobics/pranayaam),some of the kitchen herbs to be included in your diet to regulate your major and minor illnesses.

Stay Healthy!!
