Hi
Losing weight will definitely help you with PCOS and irregular periods so although hard I would encourage you to keep trying. In the meanwhile you can take medicine containing cyproterone acetate and oestrogen like Diane 35 . It is a basically a contraceptive which will regulate your periods and also help with acne and facial hair. It won't help with libido but if you feel better about yourself that might itself raise your libido. Ofcourse as the drug is a contraceptive you cannot take it if you are trying to conceive.
Let me know if you have any more queries.
Thanks
