Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Certain lifestyle changes, such as diet and exercise, are considered first-line treatment for polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Good exercise with weight loss and healthy diet.
Metformin is useful in These condition in improving insulin resistance and also helps in weight reduction. I usually recommend Metformin 500mg OD for my patients with these symptoms.
I also ask them to get few test done, Lipid profile, blood sugar level and thyroid test done.

Hormonal contraceptive pills will help in irregular periods.
Consult gynecologist for examination and prescription of medications.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
