Please advice on the below is it possible to conceive and what are my options
"Uterus anteverted nongravid an interstitial fibroid seen at fundus measures 22mm uterine cavity empty endometrial strap normal.right ovary having cyst measures 49mm,left ovary situated in pouch of douglas having a cyst measures 51mm.pouch of douglas normal no free fluid seen."

Please consult a good gynecologist with this report.
Yes. you do have a problem which can decrease your chances of conception. However, you can still conceive despite these two problems, but surgical correction of the ovarian cyst and the small fibroid will increase the chances of conception.
