There are two ways to lose weight.
1. Eat healthy, eat right - consult a nutritionist.
2. Exercise right - at lease 4 times a week for 1/2 hour to 40 min each day with half of them being cardio and half being weights.
There is not easy way to lose the weight you have gained. No amount of supplements or weight loss
agents will help. Even if they do they will spoil your general health. I also think that a psychiatrist
will help with the condition of shift work disorder
. I would appreciate if you could see a counselor who could refer you to a psychiatrist. I hope this works.
