Overweight, want to lose weight, build muscular mass. Which protein supplement and diet chart will be helpful?

Hi I am over weight by around 20kgs. I want to lose weight and fats on the body and convert into strong muscles. Right now I have stoped eating Junk food and I am eating only boiled sprouts and fruits. I am a vegetarian so please suggest me some good protine suppliment for stamina & dite plan for fat loss and good result in less time

Hi, Thanks for query.
Avoid totally taking fat and less carbohydrate.
Go for high protein diet like milk,pulses,cereals,sprout pulses,
Avoid more tea,coffee and cold drinks.
Take protein supplements like protinules, provitex etc.
Go for Gym regularly and do shoulder,scapular,abdominal stretching exercises.
Avoid sedentary life style.
