do regular aerobic exercise .
do take light food and more times rather then taking few heavy meal
avoid oily ,spicy and process food
drink more water
be regular in sleep and diet habit
do yoga and pranayam

Weight loss can be sucessfully achieved with following few steps but with a strong will ,like
1.Do follow rigerously the diet and regimen.
2.cut down on eating like seasoned,oily,fatty non-veg food stuffs.
3.Do regular aerobics and brisck walking for atleast 40 mins .
4.avoid alcohol consumption/quit smoking.

homeopathic medicines work quicker and better with the above conditions and they are equally safe and effective.
