Overweight, Feeling Of Shortness Of Breath Due To Anxiety Of Heart Attack, On Tazloc. How Can I Reduce Anxiety And Weight?

Respected Sir, My age is 42 years, height is 5.5 ft weight is 73 kgs. Not feeling comfortable. Feeling of short breathing and due to this anxiety of heart attack . I want to reduce my weight. B.P. problem in last year. Taking Tazloc 20 mg daily in the morning. Request you please suggest how to reduce my weight and anxiety. Thanks with regards, Satish Tale Nagpur, India

Hi mr talesatish, according to your height your ideal weight should be between 62-64kg. Loosing weight is all possible if you make up your mind to do so. The three pillars of weight loss regimn is ]
1. healthy diet containing all the nutrients in the right proportion without high calories
2.Regular exercise in any form either walking, yyoga, gymying or any other which suits you
3. Proper rest and required 6-8 hrs of sleep.
All the three followed routinely along with each other canonly show you the best result. Though in your case as you are anxious and have BP it would be good to go for yoga and to take consultation from your physician about medication to sooth you nerves.
]You an take the help of a dietitian and a nutritionist to help you formulate a diet plan which will help you to eat healthy.Anxiety never solves any problem a calm mind does so take a deep breath and formulate a plan to go about your problem, sometimes taking action against a problem it self solves the problem.
