Overweight, all tests including thyroid are normal, no PCOS. No weight loss after trying diets, exercise. Want to try hcg diet. Beneficial?

Hi, I am 5.6 in height and weigh about 111 kilos. All the tests were performed and there is absolutely no reason found for weight gain . (Also includes thyroid test etc) I do not have poly cysts . Even after I try many diets , exercise and others, I do not lose weight. I am thinking of trying hcg diet. What do you suggest? Can I get it in Hyderabad, A.P, India?

Hello & welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and I will advise go for one another test like Fasting Insulin.

I will not advise you to go for hcg diet plan. It is very restricted diet plan.

Do exercise with healthy restricted diet includes -

Skimmed milk with almond or walnut.

Fruits two time a day like apple, papaya or guava.

Take cereal once a day.

Avoid refined flour, bread, sugar and rice from the diet.

Go for test also, so that if required medicine can start.

Follow this and get the result.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.
