Overweight. On Healthy Diet. Is It Because Of Alcohol?

Hi. I am an almost 52 year old woman.. I am about 5 foot 3 inches , medium build and weigh between 125-128 pounds (seems to change all the time)
I swim 45 minutes (100 laps in my pool) about 5 times a week and if I don't swim I try to walk for an hour or go to the gym.
I eat a healthy diet, don't drink sodas or such, don't smoke, have no health issues and have no medications.
I do drink wine regularly which is my only vice.
Now- I don't quite understand why my weight won't go below 125 pounds. Even when I haven't had a drink for more than a week - I stay about the same weight.
Overall, I am told this is a healthy weight but I think I'd feel better just a few pounds lighter.

Hello, I have gone through yout query.
Some individuals are obese gentically. Try fat reducing supplements. If you don't decrease weight in spite of doing enough workouts and diet and obesity still troubles you, you can go for surgical intervention. Hope it helped you. Thanks.
