I have BMI index above 27. That means overweight . I feel ok now, but my cholesterol concentration has a bit high 5.5. My friend told me that I should make a plan to lose weight by using Nutrilte products. I am intending to follow my friend advice. Can you give me some advice for my situation?

hi.. i am glad you know you are in the overweight bracket and are very eager to do something about it..all you need to to is to start with brisk walks daily for 1 hour, eat small meals every 2-3 hours like fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites.. have oats/ muesli with milk for breakfast, salads with lunch and dinner keep it light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish..drink a lot of water.. to reduce cholesterol avoid fried, sweets, egg yolks, red meat etc ..take fish oil omega 3 capsules well..
