Ovarian Cysts, Have Strong Cramping, Extreme Amounts Of Large Blood Clots, On Periods. History Of Tubal Pregnancy. Worrisome?

i have had a tubal pregnancy in the past where it ruptured and caused internal bleeding . I am having some of the same systems, very strong cramping and an extreme amount of large blood clots. i am currently on my menstruation cycle. i do have several ovarian cysts as well. could this just be a heavy period or something i should be worried about?

Hi, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das
First of all, you go for beta hcg level in your blood, which will show whether you are pregnant or not. if the level is low which show you are not pregnant, then it will be confirmed that there will be no chance of tubal pregnancy. But if the level is high then go for USG of whole abdomen which will confirm whether there is tubal pregnancy or not.
So, this is the workup youneed.
